These terms cover use of theartpieces.com, operated by Universal Navigation Inc.. Paid design and frontend work is covered by a separate statement of work.

The service

Universal Navigation Inc. provides The Art Pieces as a studio for interface design, websites, frontend implementation, and mobile UI. The site does not sell physical artwork, templates, or a finished product by checkout.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful business inquiries, give accurate contact details, and do not disrupt the site or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.

No project until it is signed

Email and these pages do not start work. A project begins when both sides sign a statement of work that names scope and fees.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and the name The Art Pieces are used by Universal Navigation Inc.. A contract assigns project deliverables only when it says so.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are disclaimed, and liability for a website claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars. Limits do not apply where the law forbids them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Courts in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except for injunctive relief over intellectual property.
