FAQ

Before you write.

Short answers. If yours is not here, the contact page is the right door.

Do you sell art?

No. The name is the standard we hold the interface to. Universal Navigation Inc. designs and builds digital products. This website does not sell paintings, prints, or objects.

Do you only design, or do you also build?

Both, when the scope says so. A project can be design only, frontend only, or design and frontend together. Mobile work follows the same rule.

Will you use a template?

Not as the product. We design the interface for the company in front of us. A shared component in our own toolkit is not the same as reskinning a theme.

How does a project start?

With an email. The form on the contact page opens a draft to [email protected] and does not store the note. A project starts when both sides sign a statement of work.

Where are you?

251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808. The practice serves companies across the United States. We do not publish a phone number.

Can you show client logos?

Not on this site. We would rather describe the practice than borrow a logo. Ask, in the email, what kind of work is relevant to your brief.

What should the first email say?

What the piece has to do, who it is for, and whether you need design, build, or both. Leave confidential files out until there is a scope.
